On the 2nd Tuesday of each new term, we hold a Domestic Angels Management Team Meeting which includes franchisees, supervisors and key members of the Head Office team.
Objective: inspire and evolve
During the meeting, led by the magical Michaela Smith, we covered some important topics including mindset, money beliefs, fears and blocks that hold us back from showing up in our full power.
I’m quite convinced that I’m the one who is most inspired and evolved after every meeting, these ladies are incredible and courageous.
Watching them grow as business leaders is my privilege as a franchisor.
