We learned about the very latest practices in franchisee reward and recognition programs, measuring success and integrating the two elements for a fair and effective delivery. Most importantly we met some of our heroes of the franchise world, franchisors who have enabled many people through their business models to own, enjoy and succeed in running their own businesses, all through the framework of franchise, the reduced risk route to business success.
