September 2018 was no different. Franchisees were taken through a workshop which focussed on the benefits and profits of becoming a leader coach and how to achieve this goal. The new company wide Support and Supervision Policy was introduced and reviewed, subsequent tweeks have been made and the Policy is now being cascaded company-wide. Lunch and reflection saw the team buddy up to create a structured peer to peer plan to ensure that each management franchisee has a peer mentor to ensure their strategic goals become reality.
