I’m happy to share that along with Lindy Jansen van Vuuren I’m starting a new position as Independent Member of Audit & Governance Committee at BCP Council. 🙌🙌🙌
Now that’s something I didn’t expect to hear myself saying a year ago – I sound so grown up! 😮
For me, this has all happened as a result of 20+ years of business experience, participation in parliamentweek, APPGs etc and more recently the MPHeroes initiative and the Savvitas BoardABLE program which enables participants to step-up to Public Appointments, NED roles and Senior Board positions.
🆕Not only is this a first for me, it’s also a first for BCP Council. This will strengthen its commitment to high standards of governance, openness and accountability.
