What does a typical day look like…?
“Making sure staff know where they are, answering enquiries via phone, WhatsApp and social media. Setting up surveys, meeting new prospective customers. Setting up the database for new customers and staff timetables. Communicating with current customers. Managing holiday homes. Recruiting new Angels, planning social media posts, And of course keeping in contact with HQ”
